Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering high-acuity pediatric care in a pediatric intensive care setting and requires clinical confidence and adaptability.

Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RN license, current BLS & ACLS (PALS preferred), and a minimum of 2 years PICU experience. Shifts are 12 hours, with self scheduling, and pay is $60–$62 per hour; start ASAP; W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Must have American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred)
• Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
