Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on high-acuity pediatric care in a PICU setting, delivering rapid, compassionate treatment in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible self scheduling and 12-hour shifts (day or night) based on facility need. Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts RN license with BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred), at least 2 years PICU experience, and are able to pass a background screening.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Must have American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred)
• Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
