Job summary

Ideal candidates hold MA RN licensure, current BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years PICU experience. Travel or relocation not required; compensation is $60–$62 per hour as a W2 employee. Start ASAP and ensure patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• American Heart Association certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
