Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. AR/ACLS and Massachusetts RN license are required; BLS is mandatory, and PALS is strongly preferred. W2 employment with weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Current BLS & ACLS; PALS strongly preferred.
• Background screening must be passable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
