DGADA Management - ede8 is seeking a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse for a per diem opportunity in Boston, MA. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill children, monitoring conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, family-centered care.

Requirements include an active RN license, 2 years PICU experience, 1 year Epic EHR experience, and current BLS, PALS, and ACLS as required.

Competenze

Active RN license.
Minimum of 2 years of acute-care pediatric PICU experience.
At least 1 year of Epic EHR experience.
Current BLS certification.
Current PALS certification.
ACLS certification as required for the position.
Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and emergency-response skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, family-centered care to critically ill pediatric patients.

Mansioni

Assess pediatric patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clinical condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments according to medical orders.
Monitor critically ill children and respond promptly to emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients’ families about treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation.
