Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Boston, MA to deliver high-acuity pediatric care in a fast-paced setting. This role requires an active MA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PICU experience, with PALS preferred. Self scheduling and W2 benefits accompany a competitive hourly pay range.

The position offers weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, and dedicated recruiter support. Start date is ASAP and shifts are 12-hour days or nights as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications; PALS strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• American Heart Association certification required.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
