Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is based in a pediatric intensive care setting and focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children.

Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Compensation includes $60–$62 per hour, W2 employee status, and weekly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• American Heart Association certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
