Job summary

Mercy Kids Hospital is seeking a PICU/Peds RN to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care for critically ill children using the nursing process. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support families during challenging moments.

This role requires a Nursing degree (BSN preferred), PICU/PEDS RN experience, MO or compact state license within 90 days of graduation, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school, BSN preferred.
• PICU/PEDS RN experience required.
• RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation.
• BLS certification required.
