Equiliem is seeking a dedicated PICU nurse to join our pediatric critical care team in New Jersey. Qualifications

• 2 years PICU experience with 1 year of cardiac experience strongly preferred
• Active NJ license required at time of submission
• BLS, PALS certifications required
• EPIC experience required for charting

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to PICU patients with variable acuity and float as needed
• Perform IV therapy, central line care, and blood product administration
• Monitor telemetry and ventilated patients, including BiPAP/CPAP management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient and family-centered care
