Ascension is seeking a Nursing leader for the Pediatric ICU at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. The Night shift, full-time Charge Nurse, directs daily PICU operations, prioritizes patient-physician dynamics, and sustains high-acuity care excellence.

You will mentor staff, coordinate staffing and resources, resolve care issues, and uphold quality standards while advancing professional development and patient safety.

Qualifications

• BLS required within 30 days of hire date.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Leverages PICU experience and charge nurse roles to direct daily operations and prioritize patient/physician dynamics.
• Optimizes unit productivity by staffing coordination and resource allocation.
