Job summary

Lakeshore Sport and Fitness, located in downtown Chicago, is looking for a Pickleball Instructor responsible for teaching private and group lessons and assisting with various programs and events. The ideal candidate will have great organizational and communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for players of all ages.

This position requires flexibility to work daytime, evenings, and weekends, contributing around 10-15 hours per week based on scheduled lessons and events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with Pickleball rules and strategies.
• Ability to engage with all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and group lessons to players of all skill levels.
• Assist with Organized Open Play ensuring fair play.
• Run programs to help players improve their skills.
• Help organize tournaments and mixers.
