Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, schedule court time, and educate members on programs and equipment.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, build relationships with members, and assist with billing and cash handling. The role offers hourly pay between $16 and $20 plus benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members.
• Initiates and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working order.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products and services.
• Handles daily billing accurately and reconciles cash register at end of shift.
