This role is based in Annapolis and surrounding suburbs, with availability required after 4pm on weekdays.

We are seeking Pickleball coaches for our TGA Sports program. TGA Sports has been in the youth sports business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. New Coaches can work 5‑25 classes a week, earn $30 per class, and can earn up to $55 per class.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Use a non‑competitive approach to make classes fun and create a stress‑free environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Enjoy coaching, are open‑minded, and view coaching as a continuous journey; all coaches are open to feedback and strive to improve by attending monthly, weekly, or seasonal trainings and following the TGA Sports Coaching Manual.

Requirements

• Must have a car.
• Schedule: after 4pm, 5‑6:30 typically on weekdays.
• Pay: $30–$55 per class.
• Must have experience coaching tennis.
• Based in Annapolis and nearby suburbs.
