Job summary

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Picking, you will help facilitate the movement of product from our distribution center to company owned branches. When an order is placed by a branch you will pick the requested quantity, pack the order, and print a label with a routing number. Product is then moved to the next department by hand, palletjack, or forklift. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 4025 S 8000 W, Magna, UT 84044. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
• o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• o Prior experience operating a forklift
