Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring across multiple warehouse functions in Berlin, CT, with 20+ immediate openings for Kitters, Returns Associates, and weekend coverage.

You will rotate through or specialize in kitting, returns processing, picking and packing, sorting, and replenishing, with flex shifts and weekend options to meet client needs and ensure 100% satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Kitting: assemble, package, and prepare client product kits efficiently.
• Returns Processing: inspect, evaluate, sort, and reintegrate returns into inventory.
• Picking & Packing: select items using RF scanners and prepare orders for shipment.
• Sorting & Replenishing: keep inventory organized and restocked.
• Flexing: assist across departments to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.

We are currently hiring across multiple functions, including 20+ immediate openings for Kitters, dedicated Returns Associates, and urgent Weekend Personnelto help us crush our daily fulfillment goals.

Shift & Schedule

We offer a variety of schedules, including Flex Shifts and high-demand Weekend Shifts, across 4 convenient locations (Wallingford, Meriden, Berlin, & New Britain).

Note: Must be punctualdaily attendance check-ins are mandatory.

• Standard Day Shift (Mon - Fri): 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekend Shift (Sat - Sun): 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Immediate Need!)
• Flex Shifts: Flexible scheduling available based on warehouse needs

What you'll do

Your day-to-day will be dynamic based on client needs. You will rotate through or specialize in key warehouse functions:

• Kitting (20+ Openings!): Work closely with your team to assemble, package, and prepare special client product kits efficiently.
• Returns Processing: Inspect, evaluate, sort, and process incoming customer returns back into inventory accurately.
• Picking & Packing: Accurately select items using RF scanners and safely prepare orders for shipment.
• Sorting & Replenishing: Keep inventory organized, labeled, and restocked throughout the warehouse.
• Flexing: Jump in wherever needed across departments to assist the team and ensure 100% client satisfaction.
