• Move goods using hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, or push carts.
• Maintain a clean work zone and comply with safety regulations.

Picker/Packer - Elwood

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Elwood, IL. This role supports light-industrial operations, focusing on accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse workflows.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse and distribution work environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-to-10 hour shift
• Basic math, reading, and digital scanner skills
• Reliable transportation to the Elwood facility
• Willingness to submit to a standard drug screen and background check

Role
