Job summary

FilterEasy, LLC is seeking a Lead to fill customer orders and prep shipments to exact company standards using RF scanners, WMS, printers, conveyors, and label applicators. The role focuses on hands-on picking, packing, labeling, and shipping to ensure orders are complete and accurate.

Candidates will operate pallet jacks or wire carts and oversee all operations within Pick, Pack, and Ship areas, ensuring workload is balanced and production quality meets targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and wire carts.
• Monitor workload across the Pick, Pack, and Ship areas to balance production.

Job Summary

The Lead will be responsible for filling customer orders and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards, including but not limited to RF scanners, warehouse management systems, printers, conveyors, and label applicators in preparation for items shipped. This position requires hands‑on experience picking, packaging, labeling, dating, and shipping products to customers. It involves obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves and ensuring all orders filled are complete and correct. The Lead may be required to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and wire carts. Picker/Order Selector III is required to know all operations within the various Pick, Pack, and Ship functional areas as well as monitor the workload in those areas.
