Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Lafayette, IN is seeking a warehouse associate to efficiently pick orders, pack, and prepare shipments using RF devices. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work across shifting duties.

Pay starts at $16.50 for 1st shift and $17.50 for 2nd & 3rd shifts; 1st shift 7am-3:30pm, 2nd 3pm-11:30pm, 3rd 11pm-7:30am. A High School Diploma is preferred; 2 years in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Summary:

A cross-functional position, trained in order fulfillment, order packaging, this role’s primary responsibility will be the safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of online or larger pallet customer orders. The associate will be trained to perform replenishment of product in picking locations and case inventory, picking orders via a hand-held RF device or manual pick sheet, and configuring, packing and prepping customer parcels for shipment.
