Role: The Picker - Night. The Picker will fulfill and process customer orders while keeping storage and staging areas organized.

Responsibilities

• Active, a physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack
• Organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders
• Warp pallet after palletizing products
• Keep the location areas and staging areas organized
• Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
• Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager
• Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
• Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
• Other duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements

• The employee is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms.
• The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs.
• Repetitive hand use is required, including pushing and pulling up to 50lbs, reaching above shoulder.
• Frequent bending and squatting are required.
• The ability to endure physically demanding shifts and repetitive tasks is crucial.
• Successfully passing the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull and Repetitive Posture.
• Must be able to work night shift schedule.

Education and Training

High School diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of warehouse experience.
