Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network is seeking operations team members for an on-site warehouse role. You will unload, receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, using WMS systems to fulfill customer requests in a fast-paced environment under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

This full-time position offers benefits, DailyPay access, and opportunities for career advancement. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• On-site work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders in the Commissary team.
• Manage inventory and conduct counts to ensure accuracy.
• Use WMS systems and devices (scan guns, tablets) to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and report issues.
• Perform picking/packing tasks for orders; assist shipping.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

About This Position

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
