Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., seeks warehouse operations team members for a full-time role in a busy distribution environment in Denver, CO. You will perform inbound, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, operate forklifts/MHE, and participate in inventory controls while learning WMS systems.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 6 AM–3 PM with weekly pay and benefits from day one. We offer daily pay, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team in a non-retail, essential-business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, changing environment.
• 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain forklift certification.
• Familiarity with computers (MS Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of Commissary team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory with counts and adjustments.
• Use WMS systems and mobile devices to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Other duties as assigned by the business.

About This Position

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.

We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Selecting product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
• Building, staging, and loading pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• 1 year of WAREHOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
• ABILITY TO WORK: MONDAY - FRIDAY 6 AM - 3 PM
