Meijer Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Pick-Up Team Member to fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately, creating a smooth pickup experience.

As a part-time team member, you’ll greet customers, scan and bag items, maintain the curbside area, and collaborate with store leadership to resolve questions. Training is provided for online ordering. Meijer rewards education, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• At least 1 year in retail or cashier role
• Experience with online ordering is a plus
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the Meijer Pick-Up area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and by phone
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift
• Select items, scan, verify products, and bag items following bagging standards
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly
