Job summary

Papé Group is hiring a Pick-Up & Delivery Driver for the Four Lakes, WA area with occasional travel to Ponderay, ID. You will load, deliver, and demo equipment, while guiding customers on safe operation and completing paperwork promptly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years driving, a clean DOT-compliant record, and strong communication skills. Benefits are comprehensive and training for forklift use is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving experience preferred.
• Driver's license with a good driving record and a DOT medical certificate.
• 2+ years of experience hauling a trailer.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to do some heavy lifting.
• Ability to operate a forklift. (Training is available)

Responsibilities

• Safely picking up and delivering customer equipment in the assigned area.
• Load equipment on the truck and ensure proper and safe loading.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be tasked with safely picking up and delivering customer equipment in the city of Ponderay, ID and the surrounding areas. Every day, you will load equipment on your truck ensuring it is loaded properly and safely, perform on-site product demos, instruct customers on the safe operation of equipment, and prepare all required documentation accurately and timely. You can count on having a fast-paced day full of variety, travel, and interacting with customers.

What You Need

• 3 or more years of driving experience preferred.
• Driver's license with a good driving record and a DOT medical certificate.
• 2 or more years of experience driving while hauling a trailer.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to do some heavy lifting.
• Ability to operate a forklift. (Training is available)

Compensation: $19-28/hr (Depending on Experience)
