Piedmont Henry Hospital, part of Piedmont-Healthcare, is hiring a Staff Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You’ll apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to organizational policies and promoting professional growth.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, GA RN licensure, and BCLS certification. New graduates are eligible; hospital experience is a plus, with potential PRN opportunities

Qualificações

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions preferred.
• RN Georgia licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure current in GA.
• BCLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients within policy framework.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice and accountability, with professional growth.
