Executive Jet Management is seeking a Pilot in Command for a Citation X+ on a home-based 4-pilot rotation near Wichita, KS. The PIC is responsible for safe, compliant operations and crew coordination, with maintenance support and Starlink connectivity for passenger comfort.

The role requires extensive flight time, CE750 type rating, and strong CRM/TEM skills to deliver premium jet charter experiences. Base salary reflects senior responsibilities and a premium benefits package.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours.
• MEL: 1500 hours.
• PIC: 2000 hours.
• PIC MEL: 500 hours.
• Instrument: 300 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of flight and regulatory compliance.
• Complete flight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance tasks.
• Lead briefings using CRM and TEM methodologies.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and record discrepancies per SOPs.
• Deliver exceptional service to owners and passengers.
