Job summary

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional Piano/Violin Instructor to teach part-time at New World Music Academy's Pleasanton location. In-person instruction is required, with the potential to grow to full-time depending on the instrument(s).

Availability flexibility is valued by students and staff. Applicants should have a music performance or pedagogy degree (or equivalent experience), a passion for teaching, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Qualifications

• Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
• Love of teaching with experience working with young musicians.
• Ability to pass a routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach piano and/or violin in person at New World Music Academy, Pleasanton.
• Set availability within open hours; maintain consistency for students and staff.
• Provide reliable transportation and punctuality; comply with background check requirements.
