Qualifications

• 3+ years experience teaching or performing music professionally.
• Strong knowledge of music theory and curriculum design.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage lesson plans.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, patient, and positive demeanor with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the quality of music instruction through private lessons and recitals.
• Ensure students learn fundamentals of music beyond songs.
• Create and document thoughtful lesson plans.
• Communicate progress with parents and be visible in the school.
• Assist in rehearsals and minor school maintenance as needed.
