Job summary

Guitar Center in Seattle is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons in lines with the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will work to grow student numbers while nurturing a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

The role emphasizes teaching proficiency across instruments (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.) and collaboration with the store team to provide excellent customer experiences. Experience in music or education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.).
• Demonstrated competency and proficiency in their teaching area.

Responsibilities

• As a Music Teacher, teach lessons according to Guitar Center Lessons curriculum and grow student count.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount.
• Assist with customer service to build long-term student relationships.
• Communicate progress with students and parents; support core store culture.
