Build Confidence. Lead Growth. Teach Music That Matters.

Minnesota School of Music is hiring professional music instructors who want more than a teaching gig — they want to be part of a structured, student‑centered faculty.

We are a locally owned, fast‑growing community music school serving Blaine‑area families since 2013. Our instructors mentor students, prepare them for the stage, and contribute to a culture focused on long‑term development.

What Makes Teaching Here Different

Unlike contractor‑based studios, our teachers are W‑2 employees with stable schedules, administrative support, and a clear instructional framework.

That means:
  • No chasing payments
  • No scheduling logistics
  • No marketing responsibilities
  • No room rentals

You teach. We handle the rest.

Our full‑time front office manages scheduling, billing, enrollment, parent communication, and recital production — allowing instructors to stay focused on teaching and student outcomes.

Current Opening:

Wednesdays | 3:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Additional shifts (including Saturdays) may become available based on studio growth.
