About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional Piano and Voice Teacher to teach part-time at Needham Music in Needham, MA. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON!

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency. Preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Instruct students in piano and voice.
  2. Maintain a consistent schedule for students.
  3. Demonstrate a strong music background and teaching ability.
  4. Ensure punctuality and reliability.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
  2. Experience working with young musicians.
  3. Reliable transportation.
  4. Ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $35-40/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
