Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions seeks a skilled PI Application Engineer to act as SME for OSIsoft PI System deployments across the organization. You will design, implement, and support PI-based data infrastructure enabling real-time operational intelligence across facilities and business units.

You will configure PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Event Frames, and PI Vision; develop interfaces to OT/SCADA, DCS, and PLCs; and collaborate with process engineers, operations, and IT to deliver robust PI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on OSIsoft / AVEVA PI System administration or engineering.
• Proficiency with PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, and PI DataLink.
• Experience building PI interfaces (OPC DA/UA, Modbus, DCS-specific).
• Solid understanding of industrial control systems, OT/IT integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain PI System components (PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Event Frames, PI Vision).
• Develop and manage PI interfaces to integrate with OT/SCADA, DCS, and PLCs.
• Gather requirements with engineers and IT stakeholders and translate into PI-based solutions.
• Build and maintain PI AF hierarchies, analytics, and notifications for operations.
• Troubleshoot performance, data quality, connectivity issues; perform root-cause analysis and resolution.
