Job summary

A national Personal Injury firm is hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for their Jackson, Wyoming office. This full-time, on-site role demands hands-on litigation experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing cases from intake to resolution, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in courtroom settings. Ideal candidates should possess a Juris Doctor, be admitted to the Wyoming State Bar, and have at least 2 years of relevant litigation experience. A strong capacity to manage a high-volume caseload is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years actively litigating Personal Injury cases (clerkships/internships do not count).
• Courtroom experience is mandatory.
• Ability to manage high-volume PI caseload under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings.
