A leading personal injury law firm in Irvine, California is seeking Litigation Assistants and Paralegals with at least 2 years of litigation experience and 1 year in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various litigation phases, manage case files, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $30 to $35 along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Litigation experience is required.
• 1+ years of Personal Injury Law experience is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation.
• Draft personal injury lawsuits.
• File complaints and respond to discovery.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents.
