Qualifications

• 2+ years of Litigation experience is required.
• 1+ years of Personal Injury Law experience is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation.
• Draft personal injury lawsuits.
• File complaints and respond to discovery.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents.
