Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is looking for a Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist to join the Primary Care Team serving North Roscommon and East Galway. Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
• CORU registration required.
• Experience with paediatric caseloads preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Full driver's licence and access to a car required.
• Experience at Senior Physiotherapist level is beneficial.
• Community or Primary Care experience preferred.
• Experience with children with disabilities is a must.
• Knowledge of family-centred and goal-oriented practice.

Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is currently recruiting a Senior or Experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join the Primary Care Team serving North Roscommon and East Galway.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with a wide range of developmental, neurological, orthopaedic, and physical needs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children and their families, helping them achieve their developmental goals and maximise participation in home, school, and community environments.

The Role

As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a varied paediatric caseload
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Support children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, physical disabilities, and motor coordination difficulties
• Deliver interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Work closely with families, schools, preschools, and community services
• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments and collaborative care planning
• Provide education and support to parents, carers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

Requirements
