Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking physicians to provide outpatient primary care focused on seniors in our state-of-the-art clinics. Our model emphasizes time with patients and coordinated care with a supportive team.

Ideal candidates are MDs or DOs, board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and licensed to practice. Geriatrics training is welcome but not required, with a commitment to patient-centered care and community health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with an active medical license.
• Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
• Fellowship in geriatrics is welcome but not required.

Ideal candidates will be:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
• Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
• Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
