Job summary

ArchWell Health, LLC is seeking qualified nurse practitioners or physician assistants to join our outpatient primary care network serving Medicare-aged patients. You will work closely with a collaborative team to deliver comprehensive care in community-based clinics.

The role emphasizes longer patient visits, high-quality outcomes, and strong patient relationships. A current license in Missouri, BLS/ACLS, and the ability to travel between ArchWell centers are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide high-quality primary care to older adults.
• Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine or family medicine preferred.
• Active BLS/ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and center team to provide comprehensive care.
• Manage patient health and social needs, with emphasis on quality metrics.
• Travel between multiple ArchWell Health centers within the market.

Ideal candidates will be

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
