This individual shall perform physical examinations, interacts, and counsels patients for symptom management, advanced care planning purposes, and the determination of patient goals. The PA will Institute therapy, including drug therapies. The PA will accept and perform hospital consults and rounds, and provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care and management of stable and chronic illnesses under the supervision of an appropriately credentialed attending physician.
