Practice Highlights

• Well-equipped, efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center in Grayslake, IL
• Joining 3 board‑certified Urologists and 3 advanced practice providers across 3 locations
• Nocturnal APP program provides on-site call support at Lake Forest Hospital from 2:30pm to 2:30am 7 days per week
