Banner Medical Group in Northern Colorado seeks a BE/BC Urologist to join a regional team serving Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley with full support. The practice offers full-spectrum urology care, including robotics and opportunities for subspecialty care based on training.

Clinics have NP/PA support and a system-wide EMR. The established team emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and access to growing regional resources, with a competitive compensation package and relocation

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Colorado medical license eligibility or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Full Spectrum Urology care: 3–4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week.
• Advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery (DaVinci Xi/dV5).
• Regional Banner Medical Group Urology team integration with NP/PA support.
• Strong administrative support and resources; excellent patient care.

Step into an established practice with Banner Medical Group based in Northern Colorado. Excellent opportunity for a BE or BC Urologist to join experienced Urologists for regional team support of Banner Medical Groups urology practice in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley with the full support of Banner Health. General inpatient/outpatient Urology with the opportunity for sub‑specialty care implementation based on training with a growing patient base from Northern Colorado and the surrounding region. Clinics have full staff support, equipment, and opportunity for additional resources. In Northern Colorado, Banner Health and Banner Medical Group utilize a system wide integrated EMR, provide regional tertiary care, and are clinically aligned with MD Anderson for medical and radiation oncology care.

Banner Health's Compensation package includes:

• $509,000 to $564,000 base salary guarantee (dependent on experience)
• $150K sign-on bonus/relocation
• Resident Stipend of $1500/mo

Details of the Established Practice:

• Full Spectrum Urology care - (3-4 days in clinic and 1 OR day per week)
