Job summary

CompHealth in Baltimore, Maryland seeks an experienced urologist to join a hospital-employed team offering high-volume robotic surgery and comprehensive cystoscopy services.

The practice features 5 on-site da Vinci robots (2 Xi, 3 DV5) with a robust robotics team, a cystoscopy suite, and a favorable call schedule (1:3, moving to 1:4). APP-led evening calls until 10 pm and weekend coverage support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible urologists welcome; new and experienced candidates considered.
• General urology focus; urogynecology or uro-oncology experience a plus.
• Cystoscopy suite on-site for comprehensive urologic care.
• Call schedule of 1:3, transitioning to 1:4 as team grows.
• APP first call evenings until 10 pm and all weekend to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology care to patients in a hospital-employer setting.
• Collaborate with a very large robotics team to support surgical cases.
• Participate in on-call shifts as the team grows and during transitions.
