Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved ACGME‑accredited Urology residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Urology.
• Current unrestricted MD/DO license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Eligible for hospital staff privileges and Medicare/Medicaid participation.
• Must maintain malpractice coverage as required by the hospital.

Position Qualifications

Education

• Graduate from an approved ACGME‑accredited Urology residency program

Certification / Licensure

• Board Eligible / Board Certified in Urology
• Current unrestricted MD/DO license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association
• Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
