The role offers a strong schedule with a 4-day clinic/OR week and a 1:4 call rotation, in a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs. DaVinci Robot at a regional hospital supports advanced care.

Guaranteed base salary with potential to exceed $800,000 through productivity, with shareholder opportunity within 12 months and comprehensive benefits.
