Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Physician to join our float pool for Puget Sound Region urgent care clinics.
Locations (Puget Sound Region)
- North Region: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
- Central Region: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
- South Region: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo
Schedule and Compensation
Full‑time, 14 shifts/month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.
Schedule: 8 am–8 pm.
Compensation: Earning potential of $350k+ as part of Indigo’s market‑leading total rewards philosophy for physicians.

Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care services at clinics open 7 days a week, 8 am–8 pm.
- Work 14 shifts per month with schedules created 2 months in advance; may be required to fill same‑day shift changes.
- Perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, X‑ray reads, treat all ages, and practice autonomously.
- Lead and mentor fellow providers as desired.
Qualifications
- Board certified or eligible at time of employment.
- Washington license in active/good standing.
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in an urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting.
