Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a collaborative Heart & Vascular team of physicians and APPs. The role spans hospital, clinic and OR settings with opportunities in open, minimally invasive and robotic thoracic procedures.

You will work with an experienced CT surgery team, benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and participate in a 1:3 call rotation. A generous compensation package is offered in a state-of-the-art facility.

Competenze

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong team orientation; leadership is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform complex esophageal, mediastinal, pulmonary and chest wall surgeries with open and minimally invasive techniques.
• Engage in advanced robotic thoracic procedures as part of a full spectrum surgical approach.
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic colleagues, pulmonary care teams and Oncology services in a hospital/clinic setting.

• Collaborative Team Environment: Join a dynamic Heart & Vascular team of 14 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within an Integrated Heart and Vascular System Service Line.

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: In Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery.

COMPENSATON

• $712,462. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
