Job summary

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Diagnostic Radiologists to join a remote nationwide team. Enjoy a partnership track with profit sharing from day one, flexible scheduling, and support with PACS, IT systems, and AI tools.

• Production-based compensation with uncapped earning potential and shift differentials.
  • Daytime: $45/wRVU
  • Swing: $55/wRVU
  • Overnight: $65/wRVU

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
