Banner Payson Medical Center in Payson, AZ is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join a 3-physician practice with dedicated Medical Assistant support. This critical access hospital offers a full-spectrum general surgery role with an emphasis on endoscopy, providing substantial case volumes and a stable, community-focused environment.

• Practice full-spectrum General Surgery with a 3-physician team.
• Perform approximately 150 general surgery cases annually.
• Perform approximately 350 endoscopy cases (lower endoscopy/colonoscopy).
• Call schedule: 10 days per month.
