Job summary

Join Parachute is seeking a Physician Substitute for our Center Medical team in Muskogee, OK. You will ensure donor health and safety, conduct health screenings, and support a positive donor experience within a lean, high-growth setting.

As part of a fast-scaling organization, you will collaborate with center staff to maintain safety, learn phlebotomy and processing duties, and grow into higher responsibilities with earning potential. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Licensed healthcare professional in state of employment (RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT).
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
