Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking experienced or new physicians to lead patient care in wound management across nursing facilities. The role emphasizes staying at the forefront of wound healing with debridement, advanced dressings, and amniotic tissue applications, backed by robust CME training.

This full-time opportunity offers strong compensation, with starting pay around 250,000–300,000 USD annually and potential to reach 500,000 USD including bonuses and added services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing wound healing techniques including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue.
• Participate in company CME programs: 36 hours, conferences, workshops, and online courses.
• Work with a team to build a schedule that fits you; leverage a custom software system to reduce administrative time.

As an experienced or new physician to wound care you’ll manage your patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction.

Excellent compensation:

• Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 -$300,000 annually. Earn up to $500,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.

  • Per-patient visit pay
  • Per-procedure pay
  • Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income
  • Reimbursement for the application of biological skin substitutes

• Work together with your team to build a schedule that works for you.
• Custom software system that is designed to reduce our physician’s admin and documentation time.
