Our client, a clinical AI tool, is actively looking to hire medical education experts to serve as Panel Review Subject Matter Experts for an AI-powered learning platform supporting PA students in pre-clinical training. This advanced review role provides oversight and expertise for escalated content evaluations.

*** This begins as a contract through the end of the year and will roughly require 3-18 hours per week during active review periods ***

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced review of escalated content flagged by Evaluator SMEs
• Apply comprehensive medical knowledge across all basic science disciplines taught in PA school
• Assess content alignment with PANCE examination standards and requirements
• Provide authoritative guidance on complex or disputed content evaluations
• Ensure educational content maintains the highest standards of accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness
• Complete synchronous reviews within specified deadlines (5 days to 2 weeks, depending on workload)

Required Qualifications

• PA degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum 5 years of documented experience in medical education with current active engagement teaching or tutoring PA students
• Comprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of topics covered in medical school curriculum and PANCE examinations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical education content review, curriculum development, or assessment design
• Experience with medical board examination preparation or question writing

Time Commitment

• 3-18 hours per week during active review periods
• Availability for quarterly review cycles with potential ad-hoc assessments

Compensation: $55 USD per hour

Contract Structure: Employment through third-party contracting agency
