Provident Behavioral Health in Tucson invites an experienced rheumatologist to join a growing clinical faculty team, delivering inpatient and outpatient care while teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. The role includes scholarly activity and multi-campus duties.

The physician will maintain a full-time schedule and manage complex multisystem rheumatic diseases, with opportunities for sign-on incentives and career development in an academic rheumatology practice.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology
• Ability to obtain Arizona medical license and DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time schedule with 8–10 patients per 4‑hour session, up to eight sessions weekly, including admin half days
• Provide outpatient care, including offsite rotations, and inpatient consults
• Manage complex multisystem rheumatic diseases
• Teach and mentor residents and fellows
• Deliver care at main and south campus medical centers
